Nicodemus

Nicodemus was a Pharisee and a member of the Jewish ruling council who came to Jesus by night with his questions. Jesus taught him about being born again of water and the Spirit. Later he defended Jesus before his peers and helped Joseph of Arimathea prepare the body for burial.
