Bartholomew
Bartholomew is widely identified with Nathanael, whom Philip brought to Jesus. When Jesus saw him approaching, he praised him as an Israelite in whom there was no deceit. Surprised that Jesus already knew him, Nathanael confessed him as the Son of God and King of Israel.
