Guardian Angel Prayer

The Guardian Angel Prayer, beginning Angel of God, asks one's guardian angel for light, guidance, and protection throughout the day. Often among the first prayers taught to children, it expresses the Christian belief that God assigns angels to watch over each person. Believers of all ages return to it as a simple act of trust in God's nearness.
