Regina Coeli
The Regina Coeli, meaning Queen of Heaven, is a joyful prayer to the Virgin Mary prayed during the Easter season. It rejoices that the Son she bore has risen, and asks her to pray for the faithful. It replaces the Angelus from Easter until Pentecost, carrying the Church's Resurrection joy.
