Eucharist
The Eucharist is the sacrament in which Jesus gives us his own body and blood under the signs of bread and wine. Instituted at the Last Supper, it is the source and summit of Christian life, where Christ is truly present. This theme invites us to receive the Lord himself as food for the journey.
