Typology
Typology is the way people, events, and signs in the Old Testament foreshadow their fulfillment in Christ. Adam, the Passover lamb, and the manna all point ahead to Jesus and his saving work. This theme reveals the deep unity of Scripture as one story moving toward its center in Christ.
